How do I order?

Since I do not have a retail location, this is one of the most common questions I get! My menu changes frequently but I keep everything up to date on my Order page. There you can also fill out forms for cakes or any other custom requests. Anything else, feel free to reach out on my Contact page. All pickups are from my home in Monte Vista - address for pickup is provided in your order confirmation.

Do you deliver or ship?

Delivery is available in the San Antonio area starting at $10. Shipping is not currently available, but I am hoping to do pop-ups in the major Texas cities over the next year. All information regarding pop-ups is posted on my Instagram prior to the event.

Do you have any allergy compliant products?

All cakes can be made gluten free, and most can be made dairy free. While these options are available, they will be prepared in a kitchen that also processes tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish (it is my home kitchen after all!)

I hold a manager’s level ServSafe certificate and operate within the bounds of FDA regulations. Because I am a home baker, food is prepared in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

How far in advance do I need to place a cake or custom order?

Please reach out as soon as you know you are needing something for an event. I prefer a 10 day notice, but require a 7 days notice for events. Anything placed within 3 days of pickup will have a $15 rush fee added on.

How can I stay up-to-date?

Everything on the Order section of my website is updated weekly. I also post everything to my Instagram @kismet.satx. If you would like to be notified via e-mail when new products and menus are available, please sign up for my e-mail list on the bottom of the home page.
